Part of my services in helping customers market their health communications since '95 has been teaching them  "Enhancing Your Website's Effectiveness" (I've also taught the class at national conferences) and I can tell you this web site is a mess.  It tells me absolutely nothing; I have no idea what service it actually performs.  I read and read (and remember, most people aren't going to spend that time...if you haven't gotten them in 10 seconds they're gone) and am still not sure what they're selling. So they'll "improve my product and service"--so will everyone else.

All those logos plastered across the page are distracting...and I'm not sure why they're there.  Are they customers? Reviewers?

I'd come across this site by accident and never stay.
