How much wheat is in a loaf of bread? What is the actual cost of the wheat, not the flour but the wheat in each loaf of bread. You will find it is just 2 or 3 nickels. The real cost of bread is all the middle men between the farmer and the consumer. NOT THE FARMER!</description></item></channel></rss>
